This allows him to construct projects of UNLIMITED value in North Carolina as well as Virginia. He holds the ultimate building license you can obtain in both states. Johnny is involved from your first visit with Virginia-Carolina through the final inspection of your project, to make sure you are COMPLETELY SATISFIED.
